To help students gain a vision for Christian education and have the desire to put it into practice at home, school and church. This course is for teachers, pastors and church personnel.
The key to Jesus’ success in His mission is the continuance of His ministry through His effective training of His disciples for church leadership. Our goal and plan for training church leaders and successors hopefully makes a difference in this generation and beyond.

Students Responsibility:
To obtain a diploma or a certificate from the CCSEA, students need to –
1. Have at least 85% of class attendance
2. Write reflection papers and book reports on the books assigned for reading
3. Take quizzes at the end of the class

Reminders:
* Commit to attend the two-hour -day sessions online via Zoom to be led by Min. Howard Chou, our Founding Director and Lead Trainor.
* Please be ON TIME. If you can, join the link five(5) minutes before the scheduled time.
* Everyone is encouraged to turn on their videos during the training so all can be focused in the lesson.
* Take down notes and participate actively in the class discussion. (Breakout rooms will be opened in Zoom during group sharing.)
* If you want to receive the CCSEA Certificate, you must submit some report on some books we will suggest for your reading and write reflection after every lesson.
