The Great Commission Church (GCC) has been established in San Jose, Batangas, Philippines in 2024 by some graduates of the IHU for the purpose of training workers for Christ through evangelism and education.

A piece of land has been purchased with
minimum facility on the ground. The property is located next to 700 some new homes which will be a target for early childhood education and parent education as strategy for evangelism. But GCC envisions higher, wider and deeper as we plan to also use it as a place of worship and training center for coworkers in the whole of Southeast Asia. Here is the GCC vision and mission.

With the goal of Jesus’ Great Commission, GCC has united the pastors and church leaders from the Philippines, China and US to form a strategy where churches and schools can come to GCC for short term mission. We have 3-day to week long medical and dental missions, tribal outreach activities and children programs for the purpose of training workers, teachers and leaders and preparing them for long-term missions to the nations. Not only the participant will learn the culture of the people in the outreach, but will also grow spiritually to seek the Lord’s presence during the missions.

GCC also focuses on reaching out to children as next- generation leaders. We strategically work with the churches to help them how to evangelize families and train them for genuine discipleship. The GCC goal is to have families join and work together in church and where children can really benefit and grow from Biblical teachings for the whole family. We believe that when the young children are captivated by God’s love, trained in quality family education, and maintained with knowledge with eternal values, the strength of the church will be evident and sure!

Most of the GCC supporters and staff have the same training based on Jesus’ Great Commission. In fact, because families are so committed to the training for evangelism and education, a number of parents and their grown children are already serving the Lord together in ministry. These combined efforts make the establishment of the quality church both fun and fundamental as a whole.

Finally, we believe that the future of the church is through the training of young leaders to commit their lives to establish quality churches from near to far, from small to big and from easy to difficult.
